For me, WELLBEING is really simple. It’s the ability or the capacity to make things better in my own life and also for other people.
It affects my health, relationships, finances and business. If I make my health better when it doesn’t feel good, then I experience WELLBEING. I might just be more well than I was, and then become more well than I was again, and then even more well than I was.
I don’t see WELLBEING as a fixed thing I have to achieve. It’s dynamic and moving. It moves all the time with us.
I really see WELLBEING as a deep Well of Being that sits inside me, inside you and inside everything. It’s life producing itself through us, through this Well of Being.
The Well of Being is the source of our WELLBEING. It’s also the source of our wealth. We can call it the Well of our Wealth, which is an experience of the goodness and richness of life.
It feels like this is how life is supposed to be. This is how I want to be. This is the root of my being. This is me.
The Well of Being is the food or the nourishment that flows up into me through my whole being and enables me to be out in the world doing all the things that I love to do. When I’m doing those things sometimes I feel more well, sometimes I don’t feel so well. But I know that inside there is this deep tap. There is a Well of Being that I can always come back to.
That is my supply of WELLBEING so it’s therefore, literally, my supply of life. It’s my supply of the goodness of life, the beauty of life, the joy of life, the relaxation of life and the freedom of life. Everything that I really care about and probably everything you really care about too sits in that Well of Being which produces our WELLBEING.
